What are food-grade ingredients?

“Food-Grade” is a classification given to ingredients that can be safely eaten. While they are safe to eat, we recommend you make yourself a healthy salad instead since our products do not taste great. Each ingredient is mindfully selected to meet the standard – “is it safe to eat?”

Are SoulSpring Products Organic?

Yes, we use 70%- 80% organic ingredients. We always use organic ingredients whenever they are available

How are food-grade ingredients better for me?

We believe that what you put on your skin goes into your body, and that’s why we create our products from food-grade ingredients. Just like toxic, chemical-laden ingredients are harmful for our environment, they are also harmful to our bodies.

What color was used in the bar soaps?

We use colors we find in nature to color our soaps, such as chlorophyll, organic blue algae, annatto, fruits, vegetables, and minerals such as micas. We also use Ayurvedic flowers and herbs.

What was used to make the gold in the soap? Is it safe?

The gold is from minerals and Ayurvedic pigments, like Sikapu, and is completely safe.

Are SoulSpring products natural?

Yes, SoulSpring products are 100% natural.

How are SoulSpring products sourced, tested, and formulated?

We take great pride in sourcing the purest, highest-grade ingredients available for each of our products, choosing certified organic ingredients whenever they are available. We formulate our products from our food-grade perspective, choosing ingredients that deliver the highest benefits, in the gentlest ways. We make all of our products in small batches, in our own manufacturing facility, to ensure the highest quality. Once our products are finished, we test them both in-house, and send them out to a 3rd party lab for independent testing to insure the highest standard of quality possible.

What does natural mean?

That’s a great question! For us, natural means food-grade, safe to eat. This is our standard for natural.

Do SoulSpring products expire?

SoulSpring products expire 12 months after being opened, and last up to two years when unopened and stored at room temperature or cooler.

How can I cancel or make changes to my order?

To cancel or make changes to the items in your order, please contact customer service at 818-812-9740, however please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

What if I am not happy with my order?

If you purchased from our website and are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please call our customer service at 818-812-9740 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.Please return your item within 365 days with proof of purchase to receive a refund, exchange, or store credit. We will gladly provide a prepaid shipping label if the item is unopened and in original condition. 


If your product has been opened and used, you must mail back to us at your expense. We suggest using the most economical means that has tracking. Your refund or exchange will be processed within 48 - 72 hours upon receipt of merchandise.
